THE WATER IN YOUR POOL IS PRECIOUS! At the end of the swimming season, follow winter treatment FOR A MORE ECO-FRIENDLY POOL. 

Our winterizing products prevent algae growth and limescale deposits, making it easier the pool opening in spring.

RECOMMENDATIONS

• Winterize the pool when the water temperature is below 15 °C
• Don't empty the pool to protect the construction and ensure the watertightness.
• Use a cover to avoid contaminants inside the pool (dust, leaves, insects, etc...). These covers also function as safety elements.

7 STEPS TO WINTERIZE THE POOL

1. CLEAN THE POOL, waterline, brush walls and vacuum the bottom.
2. After 12 hours of filtration, thoroughly clean the filter (BACKWASH).
3. Check and ADJUST pH between 7,0 and 7,4.
4. Carry out a SHOCK TREATMENT with 1 kg / 50 m3 of CHLORINE GRANULES.
5. Add 1 L / 100 m³ of ANTISCALE NO-PHOS or CALCINEX 2 L / 100 m³ directly into the pool water to prevent limescale build-up.
6. Add 1 L / 25 m³ of IVERNET or 0.5 L / 25 m³ of IVERLINER and filter the pool water for 8 hours.
7. Leave the filtration system running for 2 HOURS / DAY and add a CHLORINE TABLET in each skimmer.

If you want to TURN OFF THE FILTRATION, we recommend using IVERFILTER. This product prevents the filter sand from compacting and becoming infected.
